TA-webtools-pro is proprietary software owned by BentleyPC LLC. All rights are reserved under international copyright laws.

IMPORTANT: This is a commercial product. Use requires a valid license agreement with BentleyPC LLC.

License Grant

Subject to the terms of this agreement and payment of applicable fees, BentleyPC LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use TA-webtools-pro on the number of Splunk instances specified in your license agreement.

Restrictions

You shall NOT:

Copy, modify, or distribute the software without explicit written permission
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Remove any proprietary notices or labels from the software
Use the software for competitive analysis or to create a competing product
Redistribute the software to third parties without authorization
Use the software beyond the scope of your licensed usage rights

Ownership

TA-webtools-pro is licensed, not sold. BentleyPC LLC retains all ownership rights to the software, including intellectual property rights. This license does not grant you any title or ownership rights to the software.

Warranty Disclaimer

TA-webtools-pro is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: In no event shall BentleyPC LLC be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use or inability to use the software.

License holders receive:

Technical support via email
Access to software updates and patches
Documentation and usage guidance

Term and Termination

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the software and destroy all copies in your possession.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Acceptance

By installing, copying, or otherwise using TA-webtools-pro, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license agreement.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use this software. Contact BentleyPC LLC for alternative arrangements if needed.
